Membership in the Delaware Chapter is open to both alumni and friends of West Virginia University! Our chapter's purpose is to promote the Mountaineer spirit throughout the First State! We do that by staging Chapter events, such as our Annual Family Picnic, but trips to Mountaineer games, football and basketball game-watching parties, and other networking opportunities. Our chapter produces a quarterly newsletter, as well as this website, in order to foster the best possible communications amongst Delaware Mountaineers. The very popular WVU License Plate program was initiated by our former President, Dr. Forrest Hawkins, together with the Delaware Department of Transportation. You can learn more about this program and purchase your very own WVU License Plate by clicking on the license plate button on the left. Chapter dues are very reasonably priced. Life memberships are just $100, five-year memberships are $30 and one-year memberships are $12. To join, simply complete this form, print the page, enclose your membership dues check and mail it in.
