TO ALL WVU ALUMNI, PARENTS & NATIVE WEST VIRGINIANS: Beverly and I were saddened to hear of Bob Gibson's recent passing. Our first activity with the Delaware WVU Alumni Association was in the 1980's with a bus trip to a football game. DJ & Bob welcomed us to the group as all WVU families do - just like they had known us forever. As native West Virginians we look forward to the annual picnic and bus trips because it always seems like a little piece of home right here in Delaware. The success of these activities have in large part been do to DJ & Bob's tireless work - DJ organizing the food and Bob keeping us financially sound. Please join us in donating to the DJ & Bob Gibson Scholarship Fund to honor DJ & in memory of Bob so that a deserving Delaware student can know the excitement of being a WVU student and the PRIDE of stepping out in to the world as a WVU Alumni.
